Kacie Rewerts

My name is Kacie Rewerts, and I am from Nevada, IA. I grew up heavily involved in sports, playing everything from basketball and volleyball to track, soccer, and softball. Volleyball was my favorite, and I began my college career at Drake University, where I played for four years and earned my bachelor’s degree. During this time, I discovered a strong interest in strength and conditioning and decided to pursue a master’s degree in Kinesiology. At Drake, I hold the career block assist record.

I had an extra year of eligibility and transferred to UNI to play my final year of volleyball. I received First Team All‑MVC honors that season and was named the 2024 MVC Conference Tournament MVP. I recently graduated from UNI in May 2026 after two years of gaining strength and conditioning experience while working in the UNI weight room as a graduate assistant.

Throughout my years as a student‑athlete, I learned the importance of putting in the work that no one sees, and I’ve developed a passion for helping others improve their game by doing the same. Outside of athletics, I enjoy spending time at church, being with friends, reading my Bible, crafting, and being outdoors. I am also engaged and very excited to marry my fiancé, Dylan.
